1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Infinity Desktop ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Infinity Desktop is a code playground application that allows users to write, execute, and prototype code in multiple programming languages including JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, and Java. The Software is available in both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free and Paid Services

Infinity Desktop offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription tier ("Pro") with additional features. The free tier requires an internet connection for code execution. Paid subscribers may execute code offline. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Software to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Software or related systems
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Software and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Infinity Desktop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any code you create using the Software.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Infinity Desktop, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Software.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
